Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to custom deliverables (e.g., websites, designs) as specified in their individual service agreement. Until payment is received in full, AIDENIFY LTD retains all rights to the work product.

5. Payment and Refunds

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, you remain liable for all fees incurred up to the termination date.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
